On the 1st of November 1999 IP Telecom has started the promotion action of a new service in Internet access market - Prepaid Internet card under IPKey trademark.

First 10000 IP Keys edition was bought in 3 months and later every month IP Telecom edited 10000 IP Key emission. In a year of IP Key existence, face-valued 5,10,20 nominal units published at this time, the number of active accounts used for IP Key Internet work was 25000 logins and IP Key dealers selling net has grown to 1000 points and included all post offices and Savings bank. The year 2000 was famous for providing a Leased Line Internet access connection by IP Telecom
Thanks to literate marketing policy IP Telecom gained the lead to reduce the price for this type connection and could propose the most favorable terms for the customers.
